MORSE® Hydra-Lift Drum Roller - Explosion Proof Motor

This MORSE® Hydra-Lift Drum Roller is actually a horizontal drum mixer, simply load an upright drum onto the drum turner at floor level, and power lift the drum into position for mixing. No more struggling to move vertical drums onto a horizontal rotator.

One motor powers the hydraulic pump which powers both the rotation and tilting functions. The Hands Off style mixer accepts vertical 55 gallon steel drums, then tilts the drum to horizontal and mixes at any speed desired between 5 – 20 RPM. Eight, 6 inch neoprene roller wheels, adjustable for various size drums, support the load. Helps minimize worker effort and injuries.

After mixing is complete, the drum is returned to vertical position and ready for use. It has a liquid load capacity of 1,000 lb. and a dry load capacity of 400 lb. Shifting a dry load exerts greater stress on the drum roller than the fluid motion of a liquid load.

The 1 HP, 3-phase, explosion proof motor motor is rated to Class I Group D, and Class II Groups F and G. Motor runs on 230V and 460V depending on the control package chosen, SKUs CP-456-E3-230 or CP-456-E3-460 (sold separately).
