MORSE® Hydra-Lift Drum Roller - Air Motor

This MORSE® Hydra-Lift Drum Roller is actually a horizontal drum mixer, which means no more struggling to move vertical drums onto a horizontal rotator. It has a 1 HP, Air motor which uses 40 CFM @ 40-60 psi. One motor powers the hydraulic pump which powers both the rotation and tilting functions. The "Hands-Off" mixer accepts vertical 55 gallon steel drums, then tilts the drum to horizontal and mixes at any speed desired between 5 – 20 RPM. Eight, 6 inch neoprene roller wheels, adjustable for various size drums, support the load.

After mixing is complete, drum is returned to vertical position and ready for use. It has a liquid load capacity of 1,000 lb. and a dry load capacity of 400 lb. A shifting dry load exerts greater stress on the drum roller than the fluid motion of a liquid load.Helps minimize worker effort, injuries
