Welcome to BASCO. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products and use of our website. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

  • Returns / exchanges allowed within 30 days (if item is unused / undamaged).

  • Warranty: 1 year for manufacturing defects under normal use.

  • Your liability limited to order purchase price; no coverage for incidental or consequential damages.

  • Shipping charges and freight damage policies explained below.

1. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance.

  • Payment must be made via accepted methods (credit card, invoice, etc.).

  • Prices shown are in USD and do not include tax, freight, or duties unless stated.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship via trusted carriers; freight charges prepaid on your invoice unless otherwise agreed.

  • Large or bulky items are shipped as freight.

  • Inspect shipments upon receipt; for damage or missing items, notify carrier and us within 15 days.

3. Returns & Cancellations

  • Returns permitted only for items in original condition; customer pays return shipping unless fault is ours.

  • To cancel an order, contact us before it has shipped. Once shipped, standard return policy applies.

  • Restocking fees may apply for certain items.

4. Warranty

  • 1-year limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • Excludes warranty for misuse, neglect, chemical incompatibility, modifications, natural wear.

  • Our remedies: at our option, repair, replace, or credit/refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability will not exceed the price paid for the item.

  • No liability for delays or failures due to causes beyond our control (force majeure).

6. Intellectual Property

  • All site content, product images, trademarks, etc., are the property of BASCO or our licensors.

  • You may not use them without permission.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We process personal data per our Privacy Policy.

  • We collect, store, and use your data only as needed to process orders, fulfill duties, and with your consent for marketing.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.

  • Any dispute will be resolved in courts located in Illinois, unless required otherwise by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

  • We may revise these Terms at any time.

  • Revised Terms will be effective when posted with a new Effective Date.
