Regional Sales Representative | Wisconsin

About the job:

Regional Sales Representative role is based in the Southern Wisconsin area. The main focus will be along the Illinois/Wisconsin border and north to reach the largest amount customers in the most effective and efficient way.

The position involves selling packaging and packaging related products to various industries and customers dealing with manufacturing, packaging, filling and/or co-packing liquid and dry products. Some of the target markets include:

  • Chemicals
  • Janitorial Chemicals
  • Flavorings and Fragrances
  • Petroleum
  • Adhesives
  • Paints
  • Inks
  • Contract fillers

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales and growth of an assigned region and customer accounts
  • Maintain a constant search for organic sales opportunities with new and existing customers by utilizing and enhancing Basco’s current packaging portfolio
  • Negotiate sales contracts and business growth opportunities
  • Leverage Basco’s portfolio and operations strategy to meet the rapidly changing customer trends
  • Support internal and external teams to influence account objectives and support inside sales initiatives
  • Work closely on margin mix improvement initiatives to ensure year-over-year region growth in profitability
  • Attain and maintain maximum possible selling prices
  • Improve business earnings and cash flow through price implementation, cost reduction, volume mix change, inventory management and timely accounts receivable
  • Resolve account service and quality issues through the appropriate coordination with internal and external teams to maintain best in class customer relations
  • Be abreast of our competitor’s technology and strategy in the industry
  • Support a culture of growth and efficiency with total and absolute focus on customer satisfaction

Pay range in Wisconsin, United States
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

    $50,000/yr - $80,000/yr
