Designed by a team of world-class engineers and American built from Powerblanket, this Deep Freeze industrial air chiller, 1 ton horsepower (HP), 34 ¾” x 28 ¼" x 39", spells one thing: the industry standard for all low temp applications with portability and convenience.* This process chiller is the perfect solution to any standard process cooling system thanks to 1 ton horsepower, a colder fluid temperature range of 10°F - 45°F for cooling the fluid within the chiller, and a cooling capacity of 5,900 BTU/hr for 10°F and 11,900 BTU/hr for 45°F.

• Hermetically sealed scroll compressor eliminates refrigerant leakage: Compressor and motor that drives it are permanently sealed in an enclosure (usually welded) on the same shaft with the motor inside the refrigeration circuit to forgo a shaft seal
• Non sparking Pump, no explosions: Continuous duty, non-ferrous; 1/3 HP fixed displacement pump, 4 GPM fixed 50 PSI max
• Stainless steel tank with fully welded stainless steel couplers and ½” NPT taper inlet/outlet for leak-tight seal
