How do I set up an account?

It's really fast and easy (our competitors say the same thing, but we mean it!). Just give us a call,  we can usually open your account right away. Open account terms of net 30 days are offered to firms listed and satisfactorily rated by Dun & Bradstreet. If your company is unrated, please send us three major trade references and the name and phone number of your bank. Of course, you can include your payment with your order.

May I buy from BASCO even if I don't want to set up an account?

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, EFT, Wire Transfer and prepayment checks. 

Do you have a minimum order?

No - We do not have a minimum order on all stocked items. However, we do have minimum orders on non-stock items, custom-made or special-order products.

Is my on-line payment secure?

You can be fully assured that our website is a secure website. Your personal information including credit card number, is transmitted over the Internet via an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted session. This method allows only the person who you choose to send information to, the only person that sees it. We have chosen VeriSign to be the verifying authority as to the level of security our website maintains. They have issued our company a certificate stating that:

- This site has a VeriSign Secure Server ID.
- VeriSign has verified the organizational name and that BASCO, Inc. has the proof of right to use it.

How do I update my company and/or personal information?

If you're a registered user on the website, login using the login box on the top right of this screen and then visit the Edit Profile section of the website.

How do I check order status?

Call our Customer Service Representatives Toll-Free at 1.800.776.3786. If you have completed the order through the web, please have the Order Number printed on your receipt along with the Purchase Order number.

Why should I register?

By registering we can refer to your company information for ordering so that you do not need to answer the same questions every time. Additionally, any special requirements, pricing, shipping or other will be accessed from our files so you don't need to remember it for every order you place.

Do I need an account number to register?

No. If you have an account with BASCO, please have your BASCO Customer Number ready so that you can receive special offers through the website.

I forgot my user ID and password?

If you've forgotten your password, please click on "forgot password". If you have forgotten your user ID and password or are otherwise still having problems logging in, please call our Customer Service Representatives at 1.800.776.3786.

Why can't I log in?

Have you registered online with us before? All existing BASCO customers must first register online in order to access the customer login.

How do I get a quote?

Quantity breaks are offered on many of our products listed online. For other, larger quantity discounts, call us at 1.800.776.3786.

How do I return products or make a shipping claim?

HASSLE-FREE RETURNS: We try very hard to make sure you'll be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, here's all you need to do:

1. Ensure that:

- the product(s) being returned are within 30 days of the day you received the product(s)
- the product(s) is/are new and in saleable condition*

2. Call your BASCO Customer Service Representative at 1.800.776.3786 before returning any items and request your choice of an exchange, credit, or your money back. If your request is money back, your product cost (excluding your shipping cost) will be refunded once we receive your return and process it. If your reason for a return is because we made an error with your order, you will be refunded of both the product cost and the shipping cost and you will also get free return shipping.


3. Your Customer Service Representative will issue a return authorization number -- just mark it on the package when you return it.

4. Send it back. Please note that you will pay the return shipping/freight cost if your reason for the return is because you didn’t like your product(s) or ordered too much.*

5. That's it! You did your job, now we’ll do ours in processing your return swiftly. No hassles, just fast and courteous service.
 

*All returned items are subject to inspection. Returns of custom-made or special-order items are subject to prior approval and return goods policy of the manufacturer. For packages that you received damaged or with missing contents and wish to make a shipping claim for, we will take care of the issue if it’s a repaid/add shipping claim. If the shipping claim includes a wish to get a Freight to Collect (FTC) surcharge, you will need to file the claim with your carrier.

How do I get a BASCO paper catalog?

BASCO no longer produces a catalog for our business customers. However, we do have 2013 catalogs available by request only. Please note the prices are no longer valid in the 2013 catalog. Our website contains our most current and up-to-date information because we update it almost daily. However, if you still need a 2013 catalog please email your request to right@bascousa.com.

May I buy products not listed in your catalogs or online?

YES. To insure that we find the right solution to your needs it would be best to call customer service at 1.800.776.3786 or if you prefer, send an email to right@bascousa.com. Please provide all product specifications and we will get back to you promptly.

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax to anyone who has not provided a tax exempt certificate and their business resides in Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Tennessee, Texas, and North Carolina. Any customer who has already been set up in our system as tax exempt will not be taxed on internet orders. However, you must be sure to order under your BASCO account number.

How long do you guarantee your prices?

If I place an order today when will it ship?

Most in stock items ship the same day if received by 2:00pm CST- Next day on all others.

When should I expect to receive my shipment?

Depending on your location and the BASCO shipping location your order will be in transit for 1 to 5 days.
