Gravity Feed Drum Mixer

Stir and drain materials stored in horizontal 55 gallon drums. Ideal for anyone using heavy solid filled materials or epoxies, urethanes, silicones, etc. Gravity feed bung entering mixers will keep a material homogenous so that it can be used as formulated.

In addition, the Gravity Feed Drum Mixer will allow dispensing even during mixing. Ball valve outlet, for precise flow control, includes a quick disconnect with a hose barb to which a 1.5” I.D. hose can be attached.

Inherently explosion-proof air motor develops 1 1/2 HP with a normal air pressure of 80-100 PSI. 28 CFM @ 80 PSI.

When mixing solution at the high end (50,000 cP (centipoise) ) at least 100 psi is required to power the unit adequately.
