Hole Cutter For Quick Pail Mixer

This handheld hole cutter makes a 1 1/2 inch hole in plastic or standard metal pail lids. The cutter is cast alloy steel, machined to size, tempered and hardened. Just place cutter 2 inches from the rim, press into the lid and twist.
