This 316 stainless steel fusible IBC vent cap has a PTFE gasket, which has excellent insulating properties, can withstand high heat applications, is chemical resistant so as not to be affected by most corrosive liquids, vapors, and gases, repels water and water containing substances. The 316 stainless steel 3 inch fusible cap melts at fire temperatures and provides 8.295 square inches of venting area. Hydrostatically tested to 75 psig (pounds per square inch gauge).
