This grey ¾” nylon plug has a white EPDM gasket and is the ideal closure for steel Drums containing combustible materials. Due to the reinforced nylon, the plug has a reliable seal, but when exposed to extreme heat the seal melts away in the center to allow volatile gases to vent reducing the risk of explosion.
