Durable stainless steel drum dumpers provide the corrosion resistance, durability, and wash down capability clean environments of food and pharmaceutical applications require. The heavy duty MORSE ® Kontrol Karrier ™ attaches to a hoist and pours from drums at any desired height. It handles drums up to 1500 lb or 800 lb half drum capacity. A half full drum will be unbalanced and bottom heavy so when you tilt it, the load shifts differently than if it were a full drum. This Kontrol Karrier ™ provides finer tilt control with the 60:1 ratio gear and sprocket drive.
The heavy duty Kontrol Karrier ™ features the MORcinch ™ drum handling system that automatically adjust for 22 inch to 23 1/2 inch diameter drums with sliding idler and durable stress relief weld joints. It has a flexible cinch chain cover to enhance grip and help protect sidewall of your drum.
This chain operated gear drive rotates drum forward or backwards to any angle using a 12 foot pull chain. Six feet of chain wraps around the gear drive leaving a 6 foot drop of chain for pulling, manually rotating the drum to the desired angle for high level pouring.

Options Available for this unit include: Drum Diameter Adapters for handling smaller drums. Bracket (SKU 4556-P) or Rim Clamp (SKU 4560-P) for handling plastic and fiber drums and MORStop ™ Tilt Brake that automatically stops and holds the tilt angle of the drum.
Note: Not every style and size option will work with every MORSE ® unit. A Hand Crank (SKU X02-185HD) or Hand Wheel (SKU X03-185HDSS) is available to replace the manual tilt mechanism standard on this unit.
