Efficient Immersion Heating for 55 Gallon Steel Drums

This steel immersion heater puts heat directly into the product for efficient warming and improved flow of viscous liquids. Designed for steel 55 gallon drums, the heater fits through a standard 2 inch bung opening.

Only 8 inches of the riser is heated, allowing liquid levels to fluctuate without damaging the heater. The adjustable mounting bracket positions the heater away from the drum wall and above sludge buildup at the bottom of the drum. A pilot light indicates whether the heater is cycled on or off.
