- Two 8" Polyolefin wheels and two 4" Swivel casters
- MORCinch™ feature is designed to adjust for 22" to 23 1/2" diameter steel, plastic, or fiber drum with adapter
- Chain Wheel Tilt wihc allows drum to rotate 360° either direction
