DigiHeat™ Base Heater for Non Hazardous Areas

DigiHeat Base Heater is designed to heat steel, stainless steel, plastic or cardboard containers. The base heater enables fast melting of solids, heating of liquids, allows mixing and dispensing all while heating. The container sits directly on the base of the heater and can reach a maximum temperature of 285°F.

The DigiHeat Base Heater utilizes a resistive heating element and can be used independently or in conjunction with the Thermosafe® induction drum heater (SKU #THERM55) or with the heating jacket (SKU #55-HJ) in non-hazardous safe ares.
The heater has a built in digital thermostat that runs on single phase 240V, 50/60Hz AC power (direct wire).
*CE (Community European) conforms to EC (European Commission) standards. CE certification is recognized in the USA.
