With a tear skirt, BASCO's own blue RightPail ™ 20 liter tear tab plastic pail lid that is a fit for most 3.5 gallon, 5 gallon, and 20 liter buckets ensures that the bucket lid cannot be removed until the tear tabs are torn off.
