This 1-piece injection molded polypropylene mixing paddle is virtually unbreakable. It is made of FDA compliant material and very light weight. The temperature range is -22° F to 176° F. The 40 inch mixing paddle has a molded T-handle and a 6 inch x 13 inch blade.
