Hazardous Location Heating Jacket for 5 Gallon Containers

The InteliHeat® CID2 Full Coverage Heating Jacket is designed to safely and efficiently heat materials in 5 gallon containers located in Class I, Division 2 hazardous environments. With 500 watts of heating power and a fixed 194°F thermostat, this jacket provides consistent, evenly distributed heat while typically maintaining material temperatures around 158°F.

Constructed with high-temperature, chemically resistant silicone-coated fiberglass fabric and thermal insulation, the jacket minimizes heat loss and helps protect operators. Its flexible design conforms to the container for efficient heat transfer, while adjustable straps and quick-release buckles allow for secure installation.
