The InteliHeat® CID2 Full Coverage Heating Jacket provides gentle, consistent heating and freeze protection for 5 gallon containers in Class I, Division 2 classified hazardous locations. Featuring a fixed 122°F thermostat and 250 watts of heating power, this jacket typically maintains material temperatures around 95°F, depending on environmental conditions.

Constructed with durable, polyurethane-coated black nylon and high-grade thermal insulation, this heating jacket reduces heat loss while helping protect operators. Its flexible design conforms to the container wall for efficient heat transfer, while adjustable retaining straps and quick-release buckles provide a secure fit. Designed for continuous 24/7 operation with no regular maintenance required.
