E-Z Smart Drum Funnel

This 2 gallon E-Z Smart Funnel lets you know when your drum is full and prevents overfilling. It screws into the 2 inch NPS drum bung opening of a 55 gallon drum. It includes a cover with lanyard. The body and lid are made of heavy walled polypropylene. The air hose and lanyard attach the lid to funnel body.

What makes this funnel unique is it has an extension at its base that traps air and stops the liquid from filling to the top of the drum. In order for the funnel to work properly, it must be removed immediately when fluid no longer flows freely. This means the drum has been filled to its normal capacity.

As the funnel is unscrewed and slowly removed, the liquid will drain into the void created by the trapped air, which happens to be just enough room to add 2 gallons (the capacity of the funnel) more to the drum.

This funnel complies with the closed container regulations.
