Closed Head Drum Mixers Direct Drive, 1 HP TEFC Motor

This drum mixer is used when evaporation or ambient contamination are a concern, Grovhac® series 91 agitators provide a nearly air tight seal by threading directly into a standard 2 inch NPT bung. The mount on this mixer is permanently angled to achieve optimum mixing position.

The 1 HP TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) Motor is 115-230V, 1-Phase with 1725 RPM, ships complete with cord, plug, and on/off switch. Direct drive model is ideal for thinner liquids. The coupling, shaft and mixing impellers are stainless steel. The two collapsible propellers allow for easy installation, unfold to 5 inch diameter. The propellers are attached to a 5/8 inch diameter x 34 inch long 316 stainless steel shaft.
