This 55 Gallon Steel Drum, Open Head, Steel Cover, Fittings, UN Rated – White/Green is designed for the transportation and storage of low to highly hazardous products and materials. This durable and dependable industry standard will protect your get your products from point A to point B. The cross linked poly irradiated gasket provides chemical resistance at higher temperatures than buna rubber, which makes this drum even more ideal for chemical products.
- Made from quality thick carbon steel: 19 gauge top/22 gauge body/19 gauge bottom
- Cover has a 12 gauge bolt ring with a leak tight, weather resistant EPDM tubular gasket, a 2" bung fitting with a poly irradiated lined gasket, and a ¾” bung fitting with a poly irradiated lined gasket
- Irradiated polyethylene cross linked FDA compliant polyethylene for more chemical resistance at higher temperatures than oil resistant buna rubber
- 22 1/2" I.D. x 34 5/8" O.H.
