Controlled Heating for 55 Gallon Plastic Drums

This Tempco silicone band heater provides an economical and flexible way to heat liquids in 55 gallon plastic drums. Its three-layer vulcanized silicone rubber construction is reinforced with fiberglass for added durability and resistance to a wide range of chemicals. An adjustable thermostat provides controlled heating, while the non-stick silicone surface makes the heater easy to clean.

Caution: Keep the liquid level above the heater during operation. Allowing the liquid level to fall below the heater will reduce heating effectiveness.
