The InteliHeat® Class I Zone 1 55 Gallon Heating Jacket provides controlled, even heating for Drums used in classified hazardous locations. Designed for Class I Zones 1 and 2, this flexible heating jacket typically heats contents to 140–158°F while distributing heat across a large surface area to help protect the product from localized overheating.
The chemically resistant silicone-coated glass cloth exterior and high-grade thermal insulation are built for demanding industrial environments. Adjustable retaining straps with quick-release buckles provide a secure fit around the drum, while the flexible construction conforms closely to the container wall for efficient heat transfer.
