MORSE ® Forklift Karrier - 2000 lb. Capacity - Extra Heavy Duty Model

MORSE ® Forklift Karrier for steel drums slides quickly and easily onto forks without tools, no modifications or connections to the lift truck are required. Fork opening are 25 inches apart, accepts forks up to 2 1/2 inch x 6 1/2 inch. The extra heavy duty model provides 2000 lb. capacity or a 1000 lb half drum capacity. A half full drum will be unbalanced and bottom heavy so when you tilt it, the load shifts differently than if it were a full drum.

This extra heavy duty unit has an enclosed worm gear speed reducer for drum tilt control with 150:1 ratio. It has two web straps to secure the drum in the holder.

The 20 foot pull chain has 10 feet drop of chain that allows the operator to turn the drum from the driver seat of the fork truck.

Options Available include: Drum Diameter Adapters (SKU 55/30-19GR) for handling smaller drums. Bracket (SKU 4556-P) or Rim Clamp (SKU 4560-P) for handling plastic or fiber drums and MORStop™ Tilt-Brake that automatically stops and holds the tilt angle of the drum.

Note: Not every style and size option will work on every MORSE ® unit. A Hand Wheel (SKU X03-285GR) is available to replace the manual tilt mechanism standard on this unit.
