Air Powered Tote Mixer for Efficient Material Blending
The Direct Drive Totemaster IBC Mixer features collapsible turbines designed to enter through a 6 inch center cap on most IBC tanks while providing effective mixing in square or rectangular containers. Unique tote clamps securely mount the bridge to the tote, and the adjustable power drive allows proper mixer positioning across the bridge.
- Coupling, shaft, and mixing impellers are made of 316 stainless steel
- Two heavy duty 5 inch diameter mixing impellers fit on a 5/8 inch diameter x 36 inch long shaft with support bearing
- Adjustable 316 stainless steel bridge expands up to 60 inches wide for mounting on most IBCs
- Direct drive 1 HP air motor rated 5–30 CFM @ 60 PSI, 3,000 RPM
- Does not include cord, plug, or on/off switch
- Specially designed turbines provide effective mixing in containers with corners
