Available in gray (universal), white (oil-only), and yellow (hazmat), absorbent socks can be selected based on the type of liquid being handled. 

 
Absorbent socks are used to surround and contain spills, preventing liquids from spreading into unwanted areas such as walkways, drains, or work zones.
Universal (gray) socks absorb both oil and water-based liquids for general use. Oil-only (white) socks absorb oil and fuel while repelling water, making them ideal for outdoor or water-based environments. Hazmat (yellow) socks are designed for aggressive or unknown chemicals.
Use absorbent socks when you need to contain a spill or create a barrier. Pads are better used after the spill is contained to absorb the remaining liquid.
