This Armlock® overseal is designed, tested and certified to pass UN hydrostatic pressure test of 95 kpa. This overseal is made of precision molded HDPE and the overseal installs easily on a 1/2 pint paint cans with a mallet or paint can closer.

Brings paint can into conformance with 49 CFR
Meets UPS, USPS requirements
