Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take?

  • Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days.

  • Large orders or freight shipments (like drums and IBC totes) may require additional handling time.

How can I track my order?

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the products we sell. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

  • Standard Returns: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges: If you received the wrong item or need a different size, contact our support team.

  • Damaged Shipments: Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival and report any visible damage to the carrier and BASCO within 15 days.

Warranty & Product Quality

  • Most new products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Reconditioned drums and containers are inspected and tested, but warranty coverage may differ.

  • Warranty excludes misuse, chemical incompatibility, or modifications.

Are reconditioned drums food safe?
No—reconditioned drums are not approved for food or beverage use. They are designed for industrial applications.

Can I buy in smaller quantities?
Yes—unlike manufacturers with 100+ unit minimums, BASCO offers flexible quantities with no minimum orders on stocked items.
