Pail Mixer - 1 1/2 HP Air Motor

The quick pail mixers are portable and lightweight for mixing in 5 gallon pails with an open top or through a 1 1/2 inch bung using the folding impeller design. This mixer has 3 inch diameter upper and a 5 1/2 inch lower folding impeller on a 12 inch long shaft. All wetted parts are 300 series stainless steel for chemical resistance. The 1 1/2 HP air motor provides maximum agitation when supplied with 100 PSI @ 70 CFM. This pail mixer is supplied with a speed control valve providing 300–3,000 RPM output.

The 12 1/4 inch inner diameter ring mount sits on the pail and provides a low center of gravity for steady, worry free mixing. The adjustable center channel design allows the mixer to slide for positioning and locks in place. The quick change coupler and shaft feature a shaft pin that locks in place during rotation.

The quick mixer is ideal for blending colorants into paint, re-mixing settled material or adding powders.

This model features a Gast Air Motor known for rugged construction and reliability. Air motors deliver variable speed for maximum process control or multiple applications. They are lighter weight than our electric models and reduce the possibility of explosion in a combustible environment.
