Semi Automatic 16 Lug Closing Tool

Production type closing station increases pail closing efficiency. Seals cover and crimps all 16 cover lugs simultaneously. The 2 palm safety interlock controls keep operator's hands away from pinch points.

Powered by an air operated cylinder with a 6 inch bore and 5 inch stroke. Requires 80 to 100 psi air supply. Frame is made of carbon steel. Heads are made of aluminum for non-UN containers. Closing jaws on all units are made of malleable iron.
