Semi Automatic 16 Lug Closing Tool For UN Rated Pails

Production type closing station increases pail closing efficiency. Frame is made of carbon steel. Heads are made of steel for UN containers. Seals cover and crimps all 16 cover lugs simultaneously. The 2 palm safety interlock controls keep operator's hands away from pinch points.

• Powered by an air operated cylinder with a 6 inch bore and 5 inch stroke
• Requires 80 to 100 psi air supply
• Closing jaws on all units are made of malleable iron
• Adjusts to accommodate containers with covers in position for closing 6 1/2 inch to 20 inch H
• Overall height of unit is 69 inches.
