Ultra TrackPans® for Railcar Spill Containment With Grates And Covers

Ultra-Track pans® for railcar provides spill containment at industrial rail sidings, and locomotive fuel and maintenance facilities. Patented modular design allows below-grade piping to be installed for channeling large spills to holding ponds or tanks. Withstands temperatures ranging from -40ºF to 140ºF.

TrackPan® System consists of two center-pan and four side-pan 4 1/2' sections connected "end to end" with bulkhead fittings. Spills flow from one pan to the next, enabling each 9' system to capture up to 160 gallons of fluid. Gaskets and hardware included. Grates provide firm support for foot traffic and vehicular traffic. All top surfaces resist slips when wet or oily.

Polyethylene Covers keep rainwater out of the pans and provide effective storm water management. Remove covers when railcar(s) arrive for loading or unloading. Polyethylene gaskets keep spills from falling between rails and Track Pans.

Additional TrackPans® can be added to create virtually any length.
